About the Position

As a service technician at our branch in Boden, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer receives the best possible service. Currently, we have 7 plumbing technicians and two office staff.

Common Tasks:

-Installation of piping systems for heating, water, and drainage

-Installing and replacing pumps, water heaters, boilers, and heat pumps

-Installing sanitary equipment such as faucets, showers, sinks, toilets, and bathtubs, etc.

-Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing installations in residential, office, and industrial environments

-Addressing water leaks and heating issues

-Performing preventive and corrective maintenance according to service agreements

-Communicating with customers, suppliers, and other professionals to inform about needs and solutions

-Contributing improvement suggestions and participating in quality and safety work

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is trained/certified as a plumbing technician. We believe you have the ambition to develop your skills. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, responsible, and have a problem-solving ability. IVAB always strives to maintain the highest quality of work and to maintain long-term relationships with customers and clients, which is why it is important that you have a strong sense of service. We also believe that you have good customer interaction skills and are service-oriented. You should also be able to work both independently and in a team.

Requirements:

• B driver's license

• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

Personal suitability will be given great importance.
